Patient has Dr. Nielson remove 12 previous clamps placed by a different doctor's technique.   Significant nerve irritation (neuroma) from the clamps resulted in recurrence and worse symptoms than before clamps were placed.  Upon removal of the clamps and after cutting the nerve the patient's symptoms improved.
